Train for the
life you actually
want to live.
I'm a coach in Long Island, NY. For two decades I've trained adults — most of them between 35 and 65 — to get stronger, move better, and stop breaking. Personal training built around how you actually live.
— The Approach
Most coaches train you like you're 22. I train you like you have a job, two kids, a 9 a.m. tee time, and a knee that's been complaining since 2018.
Twenty-plus years of coaching adults. Background as a competitive bodybuilder. Medical Exercise Specialist, USPTA Tennis, NSCA-CPT, and a Pre-Season Ski Conditioning Specialist certification. The point isn't the letters — it's that the programming is built on something other than what looked good on Instagram last week.
— Three pathways
One foundation. Three applications.
— The Method
Diagnose. Build. Don't break.
Four steps. The same four for every client — whether you're rehabbing a knee, prepping for ski season, or just tired of feeling tight all day.
Movement screen
Hour-long intake. We assess mobility, asymmetries, prior injuries, and your goals. You leave with a written report.
Custom programming
No templates. Built around your screen, your sport, your schedule, and the equipment you actually have access to. Updated every 4 weeks.
1:1 coaching
In-person sessions on Long Island or hybrid in-person plus remote check-ins. Form is corrected in real time.
Re-test, re-build
Every 12 weeks we re-screen and re-test. The data tells us what's working. We keep what's moving the needle and cut what isn't.

— Meet your coach
Built on the work.

Still on stage: 2024 Atlantic States and Greater NY Masters Figure Champion, NPC Universe medalist in '24 and '25. The work I prescribe is the work I do.
