Movement screen

Hour-long intake. Mobility, asymmetries, prior injuries, goals. You leave with a written report and a plan.

Custom programming

No templates. Built from your screen, updated every 4 weeks. Designed around the equipment you actually have access to.

1:1 coaching

In-person sessions on Long Island. Form is corrected in real time — not by an app, not by a video, by a coach in the room with you.

Quarterly re-test

Every 12 weeks we re-screen. The data tells us what's working. We keep what's moving the needle and cut what isn't.
