Program 02 / 03

Tennis conditioning.

Off-court strength and conditioning for league players, USTA competitors, and weekend warriors who want more pop, more endurance, and fewer second-set leg cramps.

Your serve doesn't get faster on the court. It gets faster in the gym. Programming is built around rotation, single-leg power, and the specific durability tennis demands.

— What's included

Built around the work, not the marketing.

01

Stroke-specific screen

We assess rotation, single-leg balance, and shoulder integrity. Then we build the program from there.

02

Power & rotation

Med ball work, single-leg jumps, rotational lifts. The output your serve and groundstrokes actually depend on.

03

Match endurance

Conditioning that mirrors actual point structure. Short bursts, full recovery. Three-set durability without garbage cardio.

04

In-season management

Programming flexes around match weeks. We don't lift heavy 36 hours before a tournament. We're not amateurs.

— Fit check

This is for you if…

  • You play 3.5+ NTRP and want to play stronger.
  • You're tired of fading in the third set.
  • You want to add 5–10 mph to your serve.
  • You're willing to put in the off-court work.

— Probably not

This is not for you if…

  • You want on-court drilling — that's a tennis pro's job.
  • You only want to train during match weeks.
  • You think conditioning is optional after 40.
  • You want a magic shortcut.

Athletes who stopped breaking.

I came in after two knee surgeries thinking my tennis days were over. Eighteen months later I'm back in 4.0 league play and my serve is faster than it was at 35.
